An adventure film is a form of adventure fiction, and is a genre of film. Subgenres of adventure films include swashbuckler films, pirate films, and survival films. Adventure films may also be combined with other film genres such as action, animation, comedy, drama, fantasy, science fiction, family, horror, or war.

Setting plays an important role in an adventure film , sometimes itself acting as a character in the narrative. They are typically set in far away lands, such as lost continents or other exotic locations.

A cartoon is a type of illustration that is typically drawn, sometimes animated, in an unrealistic or semi-realistic style. The specific meaning has evolved over time, but the modern usage usually refers to either: an image or series of images intended for satire, caricature, or humor; or a motion picture that uses on a sequence of illustrations for its animation.

War Movies


War film is a film genre concerned with warfare, typically about naval, air, or land battles, with combat scenes central to the drama. It has been strongly associated with the 20th century. The fateful nature of battle scenes means that war films often end with them. Science fiction films have often been used to focus on political or social issues, and to explore philosophical issues like the human condition.

Horror is a film genre that seeks to elicit fear or disgust in its audience for entertainment purposes.
